You can tell this is the 80 dollar version of the 216 dollar vacuum, but it gets the jobs done well even if it takes a little longer getting hair out of textured carpets than it would with a tradition spinning brush of some variety. But again, the vacuum does very good for what you pay- cat liter, dust, dirt, grass, dog & cat hair- gets it all after a few swipes

I kind of love this little beast! The picture shows a crevice tool and it says it comes with one. I didn’t get one with mine and I really want one.

I just got the vacuum, everything looks good. My only issue is that, in the picture it shows a crevice tool and the book says there is suppose to be one, however, there is none. Not a deal breaker but if it's not included then it should not be shown in the picture and taken out of the book. So, 4 stars for now. Will update later pending correction by company and will also update review based on usage.

I purchased for my elderly Mother several years ago. She loved it as well as myself. So much I just bought another one. I damaged the canister (my fault) on the original. Mom passed and sold our home and bought a R.V.. This will be perfect. Light weight, easy to empty, great suction on carpet and floors. Cleans the furniture. Do not need anything else. Great price as well.

I used it immediately once it arrived. The reason for ordering it was to vacuum tiled and wood floors. I ordered this particular model for the close contact to the floors, the handle and head design. Perfect for my need. It sucked every particle of sand and cat hairs. I swept over the floor after vacuuming and couldn’t find any signs of leftover debris. Not one!!!
