Not flexible hard to fit shoulder

It's hard plastic not flexible weeles turn all the time can't shut them off they really dig in hard and hurt didn't like it will try to return

I like this massager so much that I bought a second one as a gift for my friend! It is just a great way to relax in front of the TV after a long day of work. I used to get so tense around my neck and shoulders after my gym workouts but now I just use it every time I’m back from the gym so I never get the spasms afterwards.

Great neck massage

Being able to tailor the force this massage applies to your neck via the straps is a great feature. It offers a great motion where it squeezes the shoulders and also rubs the neck with a swaying squeezing motion. It really feels great and does a good job of getting rid of tension in the neck. Its a good amount of heat as well which only helps with soothing pain. It has speed options but I found the regular standard speed to be enough. Getting to switch the direction it rotates is very helpful as well. I like how I can sit at my desk and lean back to apply pressure as this does it's job. The fact that it's portable and you don't have to have it plugged in to use makes it possible to use this anywhere. The leather like material looks very sturdy and this feels very well built. Plus it's not very loud so noise won't take away from the experience. Very relaxing and I will be using this often.

Not what I expected.

This would be a great item if it would have not been too short across in the neck area. You simply could not enjoy the massage it was literally painful as it squeezed together not in a good way.
