At first i was confused with the extra piece of neoprene strap but it was useful for extending the length of longer strap as i am a bigger build. Im xxl uk size with broad shoulders and slightly bigger than average arms but the fit was perfect. I have a rotator cuff injury and suffer with arthritic pains from mild to very painful. This massager overs 3 levels of vibration intensity and heat. I will say the heat is not very noticeable but the vibrations are. When in extreme pain it eases the feeling and i suspect helps with circulation and inner swelling. I like the product

The item is as described and delivered very quickly. The functions are present except for the timer which I did not find. A bit small for larger builds. Otherwise works very well with several vibration modes and adjustable heat, only the operating time is not adjustable apparently.

It doesn’t come with the shoulder latch, it is useless, it works only for knee

It's loud. I refunded it because the extension cable didn't come. I needed it for my shoulder.
