Questionable Vibration

I purchased this for a portable heating pad to wear while moving around. The heating function works well and the cordless design is convenient.My biggest complaint is the vibration feature. The vibrations are much stronger than I expected and can be felt throughout my body. Instead of different vibration intensities, it offers different vibration patterns. To me it feels similar to having a phone vibrating against you in different modes.If you’re mainly looking for a portable heating pad, this works well. I just wish the vibration settings focused on adjustable strength rather than different patterns.

Great for office work with a pulled muscle

Got this for my son after he pulled a muscle in his back. He works on a computer all day and this kept the heat where he needed it - when he needed it, while supporting his back until healed

It helps a lot while wearing it. Battery life could probably be better, but its really not a big deal. Just charge after done using to prepare for next time. Hubby is the one that uses it. Hes a typical man who just generally suffers in silence rather than get relief, but when I got him this he immediately used it and does quite often now. He works on concrete in a warehouse all day so his shower back is shot. This was definitely a success if even he could admit he loves it. Very good price too

Battery

It worked fine in the beginning. But after less than a month - the battery looks its charging. But will not turn on. Even though I charged it overnight to get a full charge.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This back brace saved my life while I was dealing with some debilitating pain. I appreciate that I can be mobile while wearing this (and sometimes even just wear it as a brace without using the heat or massage functions). It's comfortable to wear and doesn't feel awkward or bulky. The heat and massage functions work very well (and have good outputs). I have a larger midsection, so the added wrap section is very helpful. AND, when the product randomly stopped working right around a year in, I was able to send photos/videos to the seller, and they immediately sent me a replacement. Their customer service team was super responsive and understanding. Maybe one of the best things I've ordered on Amazon. EVER.
